All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

We carefully inspect and securely pack every order before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–7 business days after processing

Total estimated delivery timeframe:

  • 6–10 business days (1–3 days processing + 5–7 days shipping)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

  • Agujitas Express is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • Agujitas Express is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation.

For packages lost in transit:

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Resolution will be provided once the carrier completes its investigation.


7. Damaged Items During Shipping

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at support@agujitasexpress.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or

  • Provide a refund, depending on the situation

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.


8. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to claim

The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Refunds for returned packages will be processed minus any shipping or handling charges incurred.
