  • Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation containing your tracking number.
  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
  • What if my product arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@agujitasexpress.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • How long do refunds take? Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
