  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s portal to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@agujitasexpress.com immediately.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the destination address.
  • Agujitas Express is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
